My second attempt at a cat urn. The head comes off. I think it looks a bit deco, and also a bit Batman. Stoneware with scrafitto, 9" x 6"

After the 2016 election I started making some pieces that had a bit more of a message to them. The front of the vessel depicts the "other" side of the wall (Mexico) - with a coyote character, tail between his legs, and more sad faces - who are barred from entering the U.S.. The side of the vessel shows the animals who are not able to travel in their migratory patterns, and the back side depicts the U.S.. The character in the white hat is the hater-in-chief. Stoneware with scrafitto and underglaze paint, 10 1/2" x 5 1/2".

Once again, a response to the 2016 election. The angry cat on the front is Trump, surrounded by his supporters. The sad Democrats are on the back of the vase.
